GOBY COACHING
Goby Coaching gives pastors and ministry leaders a place to work on what's ahead with someone who understands the weight of leadership. Coaching is forward-focused and practical — helping you clarify what matters, identify what may be getting in the way, and take intentional steps forward.

Three Levels of Support
One coaching brand.
The right length for your season.
You don't need to pick one of these before your call — this is just what's available once we've talked.
OPTION ONE
Focused Coaching
1 Month — one area, four focused sessions, one clear next step. The goal isn't to fix everything at once; it's to identify what needs attention most and leave with a rhythm you can actually use.
Best fit: one specific area that needs attention now.
OPTION two
Individual Coaching
3–6 Months — more time and more individualized support, meeting weekly or twice monthly depending on your focus, curriculum, and coach.
Best fit: a leadership season that needs more focused growth and support.
OPTION three
Long-Term Coaching
12 Months — sustained coaching, development, and implementation over a full year, including space for cohorts and specialized long-term programs.
Best fit: sustained leadership development, implementation, and support.
Coaching begins at $399/month. Final pricing depends on the coaching program, length, coach, frequency, and level of support — something we'll walk through on your call.
MEET THE COACHES
Pastors who understand the weight
Toby Slough
Pastoral Leadership & Resilience
Toby’s particular value is lived pastoral leadership experience. His lane is for pastors who need someone who understands the chair they are sitting in and the weight that comes with it.
Coaching may include leadership pressure, resilience, difficult seasons, decision-making, team or church challenges, personal leadership health, and staying steady over time.
His existing one-on-one and intensive work can live underneath this lane without requiring every variation to become a separate website product.

Ross Slough
Pastor and LPC
Forward-Focused Personal & Leadership Coaching
Ross serves in two roles: he is a Goby coach and the front door for the coaching process.
His coaching is forward-focused and collaborative. It helps leaders clarify what matters, identify what may be getting in the way, and take intentional steps toward their goals. Coaching may reflect on the past when it helps clarify present choices and future direction, but it is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
Ross owns the free 15-minute inquiry call and helps determine the right coach, duration, structure, and next step.
Chase Trimmier
Pastor
NextGen & Leadership Development
Chase is a natural fit for NextGen pastors, kids pastors, student pastors, and developing ministry leaders. His coaching can focus on leadership development, ownership, teams, communication, ministry strategy, healthy leadership rhythms, and navigating the realities of ministry.
Chase also leads long-term coaching cohorts for NextGen Leaders and Lead Pastors. These 12-month experiences create space for sustained leadership development, implementation, accountability, and community with other leaders who understand the realities of ministry. This makes Chase a strong fit for a leader who doesn’t simply need help with one immediate issue, but wants ongoing coaching as they grow personally, lead their team, and shape the health of their ministry over time.
His coaching can span the full Goby Coaching pathway: 1-month Focused Coaching, 3–6 month Individual Coaching, and 12-month Long-Term Coaching Cohorts.
Bailey Garner
Pastor
Ministry Leadership & Connection
Bailey’s coaching centers on helping ministry leaders strengthen the way they lead, connect with people, and create environments where meaningful relationships can grow. She is particularly well suited for women in ministry, ministry staff, newer leaders, and volunteer leaders who want to lead with greater authenticity and purpose.
Her coaching helps leaders build practical rhythms and systems that strengthen relationships, create space for connection, develop stronger volunteer and team relationships, and help people feel known and valued within the ministry. Lead Yourself → Lead Relationally → Build Connection
Bailey offers 1-Month Focused Coaching and 3–6 Month Personalized Coaching. Her focused coaching follows the Goby four-session framework, while her personalized coaching can address relational leadership, communication, connection, volunteer relationships, team dynamics, and sustainable rhythms for people-centered ministry.
