 Walking Through: A 4-Week Intensive for Pastors
When something difficult happens in a church, the pastor is often helping everyone else figure out what comes next while trying to navigate it themselves.
Walking Through is a four-week, one-on-one intensive with Toby Slough for pastors who are actively leading through a crisis. Whether you’re navigating a moral failure, tragedy, internal church crisis, or community-wide emergency, Toby will walk with you through the decisions, conversations, and leadership challenges in front of you.
You’ll meet privately with Toby once a week to talk through what is happening right now. Together, you’ll work through communication, confidentiality, caring for the people involved, leading your staff and congregation, and determining what needs to happen next.
And because crises rarely stay inside a scheduled meeting, you’ll have access to Toby by text and email throughout the four weeks.

Toby will help you think through what needs to be communicated, who needs to know what and when, how to care for the people involved, how to lead your staff and congregation through uncertainty, and how to stay grounded while carrying the responsibilities of leadership.
You’ll also have support as you work through actual communication your church may need, from internal staff conversations to congregation-wide messages.
